Claggion Capital Holdings, LLP (CCH) is a privately-held real estate development and investment company that owns and manages apartment buildings and retail properties in the Washington, D.C. metro area.
CCH was founded in 2018 by Jamaal S. Claggion, Ph.D., who is the Managing Partner. Dr. Claggion has managed, developed and sold several multi-family properties in the Washington, DC area over the past 10 years. He earned his Bachelors of Arts from Virginia State University in Petersburg, Virginia; His Masters in Public Administration from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York and his Doctorate in Sociology from Howard University in Washington, DC.
